This belief has become my guiding light in life, in business, and in the way I move through the world.
I believe deeply that when people and organizations align with their true identity, extraordinary things become possible. Decisions become clearer, work becomes more meaningful, the things we build begin to make a genuine difference in the world.
This idea is the fuel behind everything I do. It shapes the ventures I build through my holding company, PRMSN, the work I do alongside founders and organizations through advisory, and the conversations I share through speaking.
Most days you can find me growing the companies I am building with incredible teams, starting new ideas, and sharing my perspective in rooms and on stages with people who inspire me.
I plan to keep doing exactly this for the rest of my life.
